Response Time: We strive to turn around quotes within 48 hours. Please note that additional complexity may extend this timeframe.
File Uploads: We encourage you to upload files in the following formats:
• 2D Files: DXF, DWG
• 3D Files: Parasolid (.X_t), Step (.STP)
We also integrate CAD/CAM files from customers whenever possible. However, in most cases, we may need to convert your prints or 2D data to create accurate 3D models.
